Thank you for choosing AGEFIT. Every single item is custom-made specifically for you as soon as you place an order. This allows us to avoid overproduction and stay true to our mission of conscious living.
1. Production Times Since we use a Print-on-Demand model, please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be manufactured before it is shipped.
2. Shipping Times Once your order has been produced, shipping times vary based on your location: * USA: 3–7 business days. * International: 10–20 business days (depending on the destination country).
3. Shipping Rates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes AGEFIT (Kohlweiss Vitality Ventures e.U.) is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

REFUND POLICY

At AGEFIT, we are committed to providing you with high-quality fitness apparel designed to inspire vitality. Because our products are custom-printed specifically for you at the time of your order (Print-on-Demand), we have a specific refund policy:
1. Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Contact our support at support@agefit.co with a photo of the issue. We will evaluate the problem and make it right by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
2. Sizing and Color Accuracy Since each item is made to order, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds for incorrect size selection or "change of mind." Please consult our sizing charts carefully before placing your order.
3. Lost or Stolen Packages AGEFIT is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.
4. Refunds If a refund is approved due to a quality issue, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
